Phoenix Kazree is native of Los Angeles, CA. She is a former gymnast and is trained in classical, contemporary and ethnic dance styles. She has been dancing professionally and teaching dance since graduating from the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts. Her dance training also includes the Alvin Ailey American Dance School, Joffrey Ballet, and 2 years on scholarship with Bella Lewitzky. She currently travels the US and Canada with the touring company of a hit Broadway show.
Phoenix is the 2011 California Pole Dance Champion, the 2011 Pole Dancing Universe Amateur Champion, and the 2nd place winner of the 2011 American Pole Fitness Championships. She earned a spot to compete in International Pole Dance Competition in Denver, CO, Pole Art 2011 in Helsinki, Finland, Aerial Pole International 2012 in Switzerland, is a semi-finalist to compete in the International Pole Fitness Championship 2012 in Hong Kong, and is an elite finalist and earned the Pole Athlete of the Year at the American Pole Fitness Championship and La Battle Internationale-Pole Fitness in Montreal.
